The Police Credit Union in San Bruno is amazing, the location is convenient, plenty of parking, and offers lots of great customer service. An banker named Richard helped me out and he was awesome, I’m definitely gonna return to this branch.

Nelly help me with my lease buyout and walked me through everything step by step. The Police CU offers great lending rates often times a full point vs other banks. A lot of the steps can probably be automated but that falls under the company's business process.

Typically there is a wait if you need to conduct business with an associate, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is free adequate parking available at this branch.
