As Administer of my brother's estate, there were numerous issues that arose for probate, tax preparation, and financial issues. Joanna , Alicia & Amy have been extremely knowlgeable & professional in all my requests during my 3 visits. I appreciate their handling of this sensitive affair and hope they are appreciated as representatives of the Cabrillo Credit Union.

Joana is an amazing with her customer support. You can tell she has experience and loves what she does. She goes out of her way to give the best possible care. This branch is the most efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of any credit unions I’ve dealt with before. It’s a real rarity that you have to wait for service. They always acknowledge you when you enter and are eager to help. I would recommend Cabrillo Credit Union without hesitation.

My husband and I walked into this branch needing a specific loan. Alicia was a great help and stayed in contact with us the way through till we got the loan.
