Started going here when I moved into an apartment close by, best thing to ever do in terms of banking. Cal Coast is amazing as a company, but the staff here make the experience above and beyond. The manager Aimee Rico is the best and working with her has been the best experience! Highly recommend this branch and bank for any needs you have!

Highly recommend CCCU for GoGreen solar project loans (great rates, terms, & customer service)! I was having some difficulty finalizing my solar project loan. Kyra helped connect me to Leah Love, who resolved the issue quickly and approved my loan. Thank you, Kyra and Leah!

This location is amazing. We were sent here by the Santee location to use the coin machine. Which is free up to $200! We were offered coffee. I got a mocha and my spouse got a cappuccino. There is a robot rolling around on the main floor and my spouse took a picture with it. We even could select the eyes and a message on the screen for the photo. We never needed to use our atm card at other branches so we only had our drivers license. They quickly reprinted us a card. We used the coin machine to deposit A LOT of coins. Then we used the atm machine to deposit yet even more bills. The decor is really nice. They even have a glass conference room where the glass is also a display which was very cool. They also let us know there is space to have meetings that you can book. They noted this is their innovation center so they test out new tech and concepts there first and roll it out to the branches. If you are near by I highly recommend you check out the location! The staff are incredibly nice.

Had some coins to deposit today. Fantastic service here, greeted with a smile, Amiee directed me to their coin machine while Rod brought me a cup of coffee. They verified my transaction went through and took care of my wrapper trash. Can't recommend visiting here enough, the place was immaculate!

Cal Coast changed their banking platform last year, and they really dropped the ball for their customers. What used to be a very user friendly website is no longer. And just recently, their Bill pay site has been down for at least two days. They simply could’ve posted an alert on their website, or sent out an email to everyone notifying us of the problem. But no, we had to wait until after the weekend and after Columbus Day to speak to a live representative to get any information whatsoever. In the meantime, we had thought maybe our account had been hacked, and worried that our money has been drained, because we could not find any online information whatsoever that there was a problem with their bill pay site. So thanks for nothing Calcoast. You have proven to us that you do not care about your customers.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
