The ladies at this Credit Union are very nice and helpful. I just received a loan from them recently and it went very smooth. They give you a check list with your loan application to make the process as easy as possible for customers which was very helpful. They did let me know they have multiple ways of making payments like sending in a check or coming in person is COMPLETELY FREE! If you can’t make it into the office you can also pay online and there is a small convenience fee. Which makes sense since it’s a convenient especially with this heat. I did receive a letter back in December 2023 saying there were some changes but I would say they’ve all been beneficial to the credit union and the customers anyone who says different obviously isn’t very informed. Thank you ladies for all your amazing work in keeping this credit union up and running. I am extremely great full for your help and kindness throughout my journey here.

Sadly I’m already in this company ..when I applied here and they helped me everything went good but as soon as the new people in charge started adding Fees for example .if you want to pay it comes with a Fee? How stupid and ridiculous is that! They just find anyway to take your money and who knows what else I’m not noticing. People go find a better credit union BECAUSE THE NEW SYSTEM THEY PUT UP IS ALOT WORSE THAN WHAT IT WAS BEFORE. Want them to take your money. Come here. Again sadly I am already in this mess but I will def won’t be coming back once I’m done with my loan until they take away the fee’s and whatever else they have planned for the people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE. Bad bad rep ever since the new system started. Quick update people - this company is still trash.

I've done banking here for over 5 years and have gotten 2 car loans. The credit union just moved into a very nice new building. The workers are very nice, and despite a minimal raise in service fees, the services are still very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a loan or bill payment services.

Today 9/24/22 I went to this CU for information and possible more. The teller made me wait for about 5 minutes she was to busy on a personal call. No a greeting or give me a second I’ll be right with you ? Horrible CS.
