I had a highly unprofessional experience attempting to open a business account here. From the start, I was informed that business accounts do not receive debit cards or online banking access, which immediately raised concerns about how this institution supports modern businesses. I arrived fully prepared with my business portfolio, EIN, and all required documentation, yet after internal discussions, I was still asked basic questions about my business that were already clearly outlined in the materials I provided. No effort was made to review my documentation or understand my business operations. I was never asked about my intended deposit amount, and assumptions appeared to be made before any meaningful evaluation took place. As a business owner, I expect professionalism, due diligence, and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a lack of all three. I would not recommend this credit union to entrepreneurs or small business owners seeking a serious banking partner.

I don't go in often, but every time I do, whichever member services rep helps me, I feel like they genuinely want to help me. They all seem happy in their work, they smile, they always ask you how you're doing....very nice people. The credit union has been serving me since I first had a checking account. Yes, that's 150 years ago...Thank you so much for all you do to make every customer feel welcome and cared for.

Over a decade ago they were great. Now, they're terrible. Beware. Go elsewhere. They cut off access to my account, the State of CA sent me a letter saying they're going to take my money in 6 months, and now CCCU says the ONLY way for them to verify who I am is if I send my drivers license via unsecure email. Riiiight. They're requiring that I put my personal info into the ether in order to get my money back. GFY.

They sent our statements for a year to the wrong address though we updated it. Our online account was locked and took us 2 days to get into it. Once in, no statements anywhere. We need to "enroll" though we were told they would be there. Online help chat hung up on us 3 times while trying to get help. This is not the credit union we joined 40 years ago. Their policies hurt the customers and help is filled with inaccurate information, leading us chasing our tails for 2 days. A mattress is better than this.

I have HELOC account and have been regularly paying my interest on time. Now I wanted to payoff my principal amount gradually, hence I sent additional payment in the middle of a month to apply towards principal. However they did apply the payment for future interest payment, this was against what they confirmed me before sending the payment. I am really upset with them.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
