In short this is a head ache of a bank. I have the money please take it!! My dad has been banking with pacific postal credit union (now F3CU) for a long time, this is the bank he has his mortgage loan with. The mobile app and web browser is very buggy and out of date. You cannot use zelle with this bank and the mobile deposits require you to write a check. I've been trying to submit a mobile deposit since 10/27/25. As I'm typing this it is 10/30/25 and the mobile deposit is not working. Yes I'm using a black background when taking the photos, the issue occurs when submitting the check at the end. I get a "RDC vender error" when attempting to submit the check. My dad and I live an hour away from the location (without traffic) so it's extremely inconvenient when we have an issue when making payments. Another issue is that I can never get a teller on the phone, I always have to leave a message via voicemail and never know when they're going to call back and if I miss the call I have to leave another return call message and get nothing back. My dad went there today and he is in his 80s so I wanted to be on the phone while he was talking to a teller. So now we are going to just have to do wires to the account or he make a checking account with F3CU and attach the debt card to a venmo account so we can make the payments that way. When he got home I thought he was going to have all the terms and conditions papers of the debit card and checking account in his hands and not just the application for the checking account... at this point I I'm done with this bank. When we refinance we're just going to use another Credit Union . Unless they have a more efficient way of receiving payments in the future. I don't want to keep writing checks and sending them through the mail and I don't want to risk a late payment because of an electronic error that happens randomly.

I am very excited in the change and do hope that some upgrades are in the making of Banking portal. The current site is a bit clunky to get through. The categories are not noted plainly and clearly. Being able to get between accounts is slow and a bit confusing

Trushna Sahoo at the Liegh Branch of F3 was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our account questions and issues were resolved quickly.

My dad is a retired postal worker and this has been his credit union for many years. They are always friendly and helpful when we come in. It's a smaller bank but that just gives them the opportunity to provide more personalized service. Rates are on par with larger banks.

This credit union is completely unprofessional. I have been trying to settle my Father’s affairs with this location. Not only are some employees quite rude, the staff overall has been extremely flaky. This is not the quality you look for when finding a place to bank. They have lost important paperwork and have promised corespondence and call backs. They have never followed through on any promise. Look somewhere else when considering who to bank with!! I ended up having to file a fraud claim through NCUA. Be cautious.
