I have been banking with First Tech since long before it was First Tech. I have always had a good relationship with tbe staff and they have always provided good service. However, I must say that for the last couple of years I have been dealing with Hanh Nguyen and the service has reached a higher level of excellence!! No matter what challenge i put before her she resolves almost immediately and to my complete satisfaction!! Many institutions will guard your money and provide competitive interest rates but First Tech does that and then provides exemplary customer service. Thank you First Tech and thank you Hahn Nguyen!!

Lydia was extremely helpful and wonderful. She took the time to explain in detail the process of banking and cheque deposits. We loved talking to her and our experience was quite positive. Look forward to going back to banking with her.

Four years ago, I relocated for work from Madrid to Silicon Valley. First Tech was a bank my company had a partnership with, so I opened my account thinking that once I was settled, I would eventually move elsewhere. The truth is, I couldn’t have been more fortunate to have my account with First Tech. From day one, Hanh the person who has taken care of my account and me, has been exceptional. Truly the best personal banking experience I have ever had, including my years in Spain! She is professional, highly competent, and always genuinely willing to help. Over the years, she has supported me with everything: sending money back to Spain, large purchases with my Mastercard, questions related to IRS returns, and so much more. I dread dealing with customer service at many other companies (AI included!), but with First Tech, whether with Hanh or even the security team, the human touch is truly second to none. I have always believed that it’s not about the company, but about the people. And for me, First Tech is incredibly fortunate to have one of the very best Member Relationship Managers anyone could hope for in Hanh Nguyen.
