I am pleased to report that Jazlyn Ramirez at this particular branch provided me with exceptional service regarding a matter I tried to get resolution for earlier, from other sources. She worked diligently and patiently without dropping the ball finally bringing the matter to the favorable conclusion. She was responsive over emails, proactively gave me regular updates and was very easy to work with. I am thankful to her and KeyPoint should be grateful to have her as their employee.

Daphne Edralin is the BEST in SOOOO MANY WAYS!!! She is the most sweetest, most helpful and super knowledgeable and more!! She helped me with my auto loan, which was something new for me and I had very little knowledge about but Daphne had no problem taking her time to explain and answer all my questions. A week later, I unfortunately got scammed but Daphne was right there to help me feel at ease during this rough situation, she stayed positive and kept asking if there was more she could do. Come to find out, that same day, thanks to Daphne, my auto loan was approved and Daphne told me there's a good chance I'd get some money back and I did!!! During my roughest time getting scammed and with holidays around the corner, Daphne made me feel positive and that good things will come my way :) Daphne deserves a Superhero title and so much more!!
