She was patient, professional, and took the time to clearly explain how everything works. Her friendly and helpful approach made my first banking experience very comfortable and positive. I have been with Meriwest as long as I can remember. It was one of those neighborhood banks where everyone knows your name and even though some of the modern conveniences like Zelle are not available and all checks get held for 7 days, the benefits seemed to outweigh the inconvenience. Today all of that has changed. While my original purpose was to was to leave a glowing review for Humaira for her amazing customer service for the last years, instead today I am looking for a new bank instead. The new employees along with the manager would not provide the same services that had my loyalty for all these years. I will be consolidating my financial business to a different institution because they no longer made me feel like I am valued at this one.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Myrna Prado at the Meriwest Credit Union in Morgan Hill. The new branch just opened on 02/07/2026 and it’s beautiful—modern, fresh, and very welcoming. Myrna was extremely knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and guided me to the best products for my financial needs. The promotions are fantastic as well, including a 10% APY one-year CD. Special thanks also to Daniel Tovar, the Branch Manager, for putting together such a strong and professional team. Highly recommended!
