Very poor , deceptive bank. Tricked 2 elderly dementia seniors into solar panel loans. Lied about process and equipment. Be very careful and do business elsewhere. The seniors still do not understand the loan.

Have banked with them for over a decade. Briefly had a mortgage elsewhere, but am glad we switched to them, their servicing is just so much more friendly.

We have used Tech CU for over 10 years and have had very good experiences. Sue recently helped us redo our HELOC. She was extremely helpful and handled all the details making the whole process super easy. Sue has also been proactive reaching out to us when there was a reason to make some financial decisions. I do recommend.

This is the worst financial company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m trying to refinance my home mortgage. We’ve been waiting a month for them to clear the paperwork on the lien for my solar. Due to that delay I’ve incurred over $1,000 in additional interest. It took my original mortgage company less than a week to get their paperwork together, we’re still waiting for these guys and it’s already been a month. My experience with them has been ‘subpar’ from the start. Due to ‘permit’ issue the installation of my solar was delayed about 75 days. Tech CU charged me 2 monthly payments before my solar was even installed then another payment just 2 weeks after it was installed. If I knew then what I know now I certainly would have found a different way to get my solar. Dealing with them has been a nightmare.

Today is one of the worst experience I had for the 20+ years I banked there and just about to move money out. I was there in line and as a next person, another person walked in about 5 min after I did and put the name in the system. As I was there when there was only 1 person in front so I did the line up as usual. But when it comes to my turn, the teller just call the name on the system and totally ignored me then whan I look he actually told me to put my name in the system rather than checking I was there standing for over 10min alreay. Really bad service and experience and the teller would not look at me straight in the eye at all. Time to move my money out to go to a normal bank which I also bank as well that provided better service.
