The worst customer's service on the phone. Agents are passive-aggressive and have the worst attitude; they make sure you know they hate attending to you. The last woman and a guy named I spoke to kept exhaling exasperated sighs. Terrible experience for me. A guy called Byan Hehey, and another agent named Mike, were also SUPER RUDE. This guy Ryan even yelled at me. In three different calls, they provided the worst customer's service.

My husband and I have been with MCFCU for over twenty year and we have never and still don’t receive the warm welcome and the great service other folks talk about. Although , I was honored to be a close personal friend of our beloved Ms. Olivia. We miss you dearly Ms. Olivia. Signing off. “MOST DISAPPOINTED “.

Love love love this Credit Union. I've been a member since 1998 and they have always treated me like a person, not a number. Professional, yet kind and curtious. I live in another State now but this it still my primary banking institution!

if you call at 4:30 you can expect to stay on hold until you figure out nobody is going to answer!!! these people got more important things to do than helping a customer!!! I waited 26min yesterday and 33min today!! if they are really that busy there should be a little extra money for more help answering phone calls...
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
