Salem is exactly the kind of advisor you want when you are making financial decisions. She quickly assessed what we were trying to accomplish and provided clear, actionable guidance on my account, credit profile, credit card strategy, and the specific steps to improve auto loan readiness. She also helped my sister understand mortgage readiness and how to document and position settlement funds appropriately within the lending process. What impressed me most was her follow through. She contacted me a week later and confirmed everything was handled exactly as discussed. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, solution oriented, and precise, I would recommend scheduling with Salem specifically.

Lori Garcia at Schools First does not know the law nor does she do her due diligence, research or read prior to sending rude responses to consumers. Lori Garcia stipulated, without reading the contract signed with SFCU, that the incorrect and fraudulently reported information that was illegally inserted on my credit report this month is correct. Lori Garcia made this assumption without reading or knowing the law as it relates to FCRA, Bankruptcy Discharges, Legal Contract Terms. Lori Garcia's actions are intentional, illegal and inflict harm. NCUA and the SEC are both aware of the actions and conduct and SFCU selling consumer data without informing consumers. I have asked SFCU Leadership times to remove the incorrect data, they responded to CFPB noting the account/issue was not theirs. Lori Garcia is opting to bully and mistreat consumers as opposed to acting legally, ethically and abiding by the law. You can see all of Lori Garcia's, Member Services, inappropriate responses to consumers on BBB. Schools First Federal Credit Union Management: Reviews have described management as "atrocious" and "sneaky," according to Glassdoor. This is not an organization anyone should be doing business with based on the talent employed, business practices, and deceit.

Had fraud on my account, opened a new account , that was easy. However after I opened the new account, later I alerted to transactions on the fraud account, I called my agent that opened my account and was unable to contact him,I tried the next day and was unable to get my agent and was told he can call me back between 3 and 4 pm, note I called at 9 am.

It was a very good experience. Went in to open an account and was helped out right away. All my questions were answered and got pre approval offers. The branch manager introduced herself and welcomed me with a small gift as well. Overall great experience
