We were there just for a notary, but after waiting for more than 20 mins, they informed that it couldn't be done because of not having a savings account with them. Staffs are great, but they could have better service and organization.

Hi Mission City Bank! From your friendly neighbors across the way, can you please dim your flood lights or angle them down? There is no reason to have them shining up at the windows of your neighbors. Thank you.

Worst experience ever, especially the lady the one in the front. She’s so rude and disrespectful she profiled me . Louis convince me to apply for a personal loan through them, and after they run my credit and they get all of my information they declined me with no reason I asked them before they run my credit, and hurt my credit, if I am qualify, they say yes you are just so they can get the promotion or the commission out of me in the end after they declined me they say you’re not qualify without any reason I asked what’s the reason they refused to tell me I have the right to know what’s the reason of the declined, especially because they took all my information and they hurt my credit but I guess their goal was me opening an account with them. I will make sure to close it and I don’t want any business with them anymore most unprofessional bank I ever see.

The staff here has always treated me extremely well and have gone out of their way to be helpful. I have never had such wonderful banking experiences until going through Mission City FCU. Victoria, in particular, is always doing everything she can to help my family reach their financial goals and immediate needs. I love this credit union!

Recently visited with MCFCU about 2 issues. #1 credit card fraud. They were very helpful going over disputed charges and following thru with me to make sure each charge was reversed. #2 Purchasing CD's. Everything was patiently explained and all our question were answered regarding possible scenarios. We received excellent service from a patient and knowledgeable employee who spent about 45min with us as though there were nothing else she had to do. I'm so glad that my Mom is a member. She is in her mid 80's and gets to sad upset and confused when she receives impersonal personal service. This visit was a dream come true💐
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
