Awful experience as a first time vehicle loan applicant. I was assisted by Samantha, who initially told me the rate for first time buyers would be 15–18% APR due to their guidelines. I thanked her for the information and began to leave, but she checked with a colleague who said there could be exceptions. Samantha then encouraged me to proceed, which required a hard credit check and submitting all my information. About an hour later she called back to say she had misunderstood the guidelines (as had the colleague she consulted) and that I would still be subject to the 18% APR. As a result, my time was wasted and my credit was unnecessarily dinged due to a basic misunderstanding of their own lending policies. If you work in a role like this, you should have a clear understanding of your institution’s guidelines before impacting someone’s credit. Extremely frustrating experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Amelia Paz who was extremely helpful and quick to answer all of my questions. She has a great sense of urgency and genuinely cares about what she does. We need more people like Amelia who has a great work ethic and treats her customers with upmost imprortance. Great example of customer service, CoastHills is lucky to have her representing the company.

Paid my payment on time, they sent the payment back and had my vehicle towed on a Friday so I can't even get it back till Monday. I wasn't behind on the payments. The one missed payment was the one they sent back.

I went into Coasthills today at 1203 s Broadway and was trying to get some help and information about an account that was taking payments from one of my union members into an account that doesn't belong to him or my union. I had the account information the date it started and when he became aware of it. All this information was given to us from another coasthills establishment. So the only reason why I left one star is because after I left the branch manager called me back and left a voicemail asking for all the information I had on the paper and she looked at, Makes me feel like she didn't even look at the paperwork or want to help me and just brushed me off very bad for business.
