I paid off my car in August and STILL have not received my title to my vehicle. I called and was informed that it was “delivered”……it never was and they then informed me they could send me a slip to go to the DMV and get a new title (which I’m assuming will probably cost me money) and guess what it’s been over a month and the slip never came. So not only did these people lose my title I’ve had to call and do a song and dance to get the paperwork so I can go get a new one THREE different times. These people are always lovely on the phone but this is deeply unprofessional and one of the most annoying things I’ve had to deal with.

Deceptive practices, they break federal regulations and when I tried to submit a complaint about the issue I am having with their staff, they told me they don't know my rights and have to escalate it to a manager. Mind you, this is the second complaint against this individual, third complaint against the company since getting my car loan. Awful service from a majority of the branches and call centers are not much better.

This place is kind of a joke. Recently, after Vocality Credit Union was acquired by Community First I applied for a refinance of my car loan. My credit score was above 765 with ample income and low debt ratios. My loan was denied. I guess they review loan application using the old tea leaf approach. My advise is bank somewhere else.

I have been coming to Community First CU for more than a year now and I am so impressed and grateful for the customer service I have been provided! I first purchased a car through them at an exceptional interest rate and soon switching my banking locally as well. Bonnie the branch manager is always so friendly, calls me by name before I'm even at the window. She has gone above and beyond to help and assist me with all of my banking. She follows up with me promptly and is never shy to extend a hand or get me answers to my many questions. Her service has been above my expectations and I couldn't be any happier and always know my banking and security is in the BEST hands! Bonnie has treated me with so much respect always, regardless of how busy she is! Thank you again Bonnie and Community First!

This bank is amazing when it comes to customer service and Bonnie she deserves more than 5 starts. I reached out to get assistance with my loan account and Bonnie ended up helping me with my account and helped open up a new loan. She worked really fast and we got my loans paperwork completed way before the end of the day. She is definitely saved in my contact list for when I need help at the bank. Overall the bank is great and Bonnie makes it easier to bank there.
