Inside service still is good, but the ATM's outside are garbage. I try and use them to deposit my cash after work and they ALWAYS fail to take it all. Spitting money back out, and in tonight's case taking $3 (not a big deal but very concerning) and canceling my deposit completely. (It did not return all of my cash) (It took me 3 ATM's, 3 tries on each to deposit my cash. This is not the first time but is the final straw)

Just came in to get change for my retail shop. I have 7 different accounts here. They made me go to my car to get my id. Then it took her 10 minutes to get me some rolls of coins and some ones. Instead of just using their head and exchanging bills for coins they have so many protocols including machine counting the money (it was $100) that this simple task turns into a lengthy transaction where the humanity, RCU?

90% of the time when I need to use the atm there is only 1 of the three that is giving cash. The line inside is out the door. I am sick and tired of this. Hire more tellers, make sure atms have cash. Banks are making more money then every. It's our money, let us have it.

My experience here was excellent. I went in to ask about applying for a debt transfer from my current creditor to RCU. Stephanie was SUPER helpful, taking my goals into account and setting me up with a much lower-interest credit card. She even showed me that I could transfer my auto loan to RCU and save myself a ton of money that way, too. In all, great experience. THANK YOU STEPHANIE!
