What a trash credit union. Your automated system is complete garbage, no way to just dial zero to talk to somebody. Having to call back times just to try and maybe more.

You know what's great? A bank that won't pick up their phone, a website that's hard to navigate through, and an online bank with too many errors to let you pay a bill. They make it so hard to reach them and pay them I'd have to make the 30 MINUTE DRIVE all the way to the nearest bank. But oh wait, I'm too busy working during their small window of open hours JUST TO PAY THE BILLS I OWE THEM. You'll end up paying more interest and hurting your credit than whatever it is you opened up the account for in the first place! STAY AWAY.

Called there 1 800 no. Keep getting robo call. Get connected to a persons desk, please leave a message, voice mail box is full. Press 0 as instructed to connect to the operator, line is no longer in service. On hold so far for ten minutes, message repeating, all lines are busy please hold. Called another branch asked to type in name and leave a message. Poor customer service, if you can't even connect to a live person.

I get today is the start of the conversion, but we should no have issues accessing funds. I called customer svc today to report my issue. I was directed to another atm at which I am having the same issue. Ridiculous!

I have a few problems with being wife to primary account holder. Though their fraud protection team can be a bit overbearing, I was just saved from being fraudently charged 1000 dollars.
