This credit union has very good employees and great services that they offer financially and excellent employees that know how to communicate and explain what’s going on efficiently/sightly so you can get a clear understanding of whats going on and how things works and the risk that comes with the actions you take but unfortunately I just had to give 2 star due to the one person that is in managerial position from what I assume her name is MYRA she is very rude and condescending and very hostile and has a sick nasty attitude and instead of talking to you politely she comes off too aggressive from the jump, I’m highly disgusted by her behavior, she’s wants to come off assertive and wants to control the situation when it’s coming off as more aggressive than anything. she has to find another way to do her job by keeping her and the customer at bay. When she speaks, she speaks to you like your some child and/or beneath her, when you do call please try to skip speaking to her because her customer service skills are very poor. I really don’t care about the transferring me over to intimidate because it doesn’t work on me. But as far as others I highly recommend you NOT speaking to MYRA. She’s a very rude women and I would never speak to her again about anything that involves me. Very good credit union. Very nasty worker. Highly do not recommend. again her name is MYRA! 👎👎🚩

This credit union is completely unreliable. I mailed account closure instructions weeks in advance—they lost them. Long wait times on the phone, and no one could help. Now I have to go in person to fix their mistake. Staff turnover is constant; it’s a mess every time I visit. I won’t be returning.

I had excellent service from Lorena Aguilar. She went the extra mile a couple of weeks ago. I called to see if I had any beneficiaries on file. I was pretty sure I had done this many years back. But the person I called told me I didn’t have any beneficiaries and they sent me a form to fill out and add my beneficiaries. I mailed it. It’s been almost two weeks so I called back to see if they had received my form. Lorena answered and she said that they had not received the form but took my number and would call me if they did. On her own, she went and checked and saw that I did have beneficiaries. She called me back and let me know and saved me a trip. Because I was going to go over there personally. She went the extra mile. All employees should give the service that she did. Thank you again, Lorena.

i came at the branch because i was frustrated with a rude customer service rep who was very impatient to explain a breakdown of my transactions. Ms Lorena exceeded my expectations and went over and beyond her efforts to resolve my issue as i was really wanting to cancel my account already. She was very patient, helpful and courteous and i wish priority one phone service reps could be as professional and courteous as that. The one i spoke to on the phone should never be in customer service anyway. she was an intimidating black woman who was very rude, using bank and accounting terminology on me and was very sarcastic like she wants to tell me “thats what you get for not having enough balance on your account thats why you’re negative “ when she couldve been more helpful to explain my breakdown without making me feel im dumb. they should stop hiring horrible people like that they’re not for customer service. im glad i went to the branch and was helped by Ms Lorena. Thank you and God bless you more Maam.
