Great place! I opened an account here to re-establish my credit during my divorce 12 years ago. After 3 years of paying on my share secured loans, I was able to buy a house. A few years later, I was able to finance a vehicle and obtain their awesome fixed rate credit card. Reestablishing credit takes time, and along the way the staff and the management were very helpful and personable. I appreciate this credit union and their helpfulness.

This place SUCKS. All the little signs and notices they tape to their walls, surfaces, and appliances will warn you to stay away. Went here because supposedly it’s a Venmo surcharge-free ATM for transacting with the Venmo card. But it wanted to charge a fee, according to their notice on-screen. Credit unions used to be good. This place must be run by very dense individuals or bureaucracy.

Can't get anyone on the phone about fixing the issue with being able to login online. Phone robot tells me "we are experiencing technical difficulties" then hangs up on me. I don't live in Stockton or Lodi. It's very inconvenient for me to go to a bank location. PLEASE FIX THIS.

This is aimed at the leaders of this institution. How is it that when ever i have login issues you do not have a human to answer the phones. You can not help me if i can not communicate with you. This os not the first experience by a long shot and if its not remedied i will transfer to a more competent financial institution. This os a leadership issue not am employee issue so i am holding you responsible.
