Please do not Bank with them they never answer their phone and when they do answer their phones, they always have an attitude. Customer service is not customer service. I’m also have issues with the employee their names are Suleyma , Sandra . Gisselle literally, the whole office is nasty and customer service is not up to par. Do not get no type of loans or nothing. It’s a hassle just to do anything with them and then they call and talk to you like your child.. I would never in life Bank with them again . you have to call them to ask them certain questions. They don’t send you emails out. They always try to blame it on a customer. Service is terrible.

Strongly consider banking elsewhere . For them to be a bank that offers a lot of things, they rarely pick up the phone . Let alone, having to call them regarding your account. It’s like pulling teeth for them to answer the phone.

You know... I've been an account holder for almost 10 years. The first 6 or so years was amazing. Great community outreach, education and customer service. Under the new management (within the last 6 months or so) service has been lacking. Every other time I go in there is a disgruntled guest and the past 3 times I've gone in to deposit a check I've been sent away due to whatever rule they choose to superimpose. I understand policy/procedure but at this point...I'll end up closing the account. Been a fan of credit unions all my life - but between the service from the branch manager, and the picking and choosing of which policies are followed, I just can't afford to put my money here anymore.

On hold for 30 minutes. For a FCU is terrible customer service
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
