My credit union is in L.A. didn't want to change. This is the sister to my C.U. I get a bad feeling speaking to one of the agents, her lack of being polite, understanding why I'm there is terrible on her part. I cringe whenever I see her and dreading that I will have to speak to her. No respect, snide as well. Guess she has a bad day all of the time! The other agent ( love her jewelry), is always smiling and takes the time to ask if there is anything else you need! I look forward to seeing her, hint her smile just makes her so pretty!

This credit union is so tacky. I requested to have a new debit card mailed to me because I do not have a car. However, I was able to borrow one so the following day after requesting that the card be mailed I went into the branch to get one and I was charged $5 since one was already mailed. Really? Like how cheap & deperate do you look.

Worst banking experience! Poor customer service and feels like discrimination. I disputed a charge that was unauthorized and received an email telling me my claim was denied because it was authorized! If the charge was authorized why would I dispute it? I left several messages and received no call back until after I went inside the branch and took all of my money out of my accounts. This bank is not in the best interest of their customers. This bank should not be trusted with your money!

This is the worst credit union that exists. They will take your money. They will not dispute your unauthorized charges, just money lost . Freeze your money . Limits on everything no customer service. I can go and on . PPLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE . You better off keeping it in yo mattress and that’s real !
