Getting an auto loan here was the easiest most seamless process. Buying a car is already intimidating but TCCU made me feel at ease. And their interest rates are WAY better than what any dealership or major bank will offer. I love TCCU!

Been a member for many many decades. Something sad yet loving happened today, I related to the team member (one of 3) who was helping with my transaction, that my partner of 30 years just passed away, then one at a time each came out and gave me the biggest condolence hug ever.

This place sometimes is busy but the line goes down pretty quick on Fridays they have chocolate chip cookies. The ATM is usually empty and the parking lot is a good size.

I’ve banked with TCCU for many years now, and they have always been great. Recently, Jose and Anaisa went above and beyond to help me with a loan, and I truly appreciate their outstanding service. Many thanks to both of them and to TCCU.

If you have a small business, it's not easy to find a credit union with great service and low fees that *also offers business accounts. From the time I first spoke with the staff on the phone, I've received consistently patient and helpful service. That's a huge difference compared to my experiences with the big retail banks. The process of setting up both my business and personal sights was smooth and fast. All their staff members have been welcoming and helpful. Their banking app also works consistently well and quickly on my phone. It's been updated to accept my fingerprint to securely unlock, which is another time saver. I haven't been with any other bank that has given me as much value as TCCU.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
