We are refinancing our loan at Chaffey FCU in Upland. Grace is working on it for us. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She has been working with us for a plan that will help us in lowering our payment and pay it off sooner. I have never been able to talk with other lenders about options to make my life easier. If you are thinking about refinancing call them for an appointment. It can't hurt to ask.

**Current members leave this Banking institution immediately!!** I don't know what has happened to this once great federal credit union but it has gone downhill. They no longer know what customer service at all and have new unnecessary processes to go through when the same exact loans can be obtained at other credit unions without. My family members and I will absolutely never bank at Chaffey again. If you need to process a loan with Grace Linn I highly suggest going to another location immediately. What a cold and unfortunate experience. Chaffey you all need to reevaluate your business practices if I can go to a whole new bank (Schools First Credit Union) that l've NEVER had ties with or history and they proceeded with the loan exactly as expected and finished within 2 days. You all should be embarrassed Goodbye, -Never again

Today went into this Chaffey C.U. This is my first time coming into this Chaffey. I used to go to the one on Azusa. Tricia, the teller assisted me today. Tricia was courteous, nice and very thoughtful. I conducted my transaction. She even wished me a happy belated birthday and asked what did I do. We had a very nice talk. After completing my transaction, she even reminded me not to forget my cane. They even have coin machine. If you have alot of coins, check them out. I would recommend this Chaffey Credit Union. Thank you Tricia for making my 1st visit very pleasant!

Overall bad experience with loan department. I received car loan through this bank. Right away I added them to my bill pay through my bank. I pay all my bills this way. Never an issue. After several successful payments this way, I received a call from them saying I missed a payment. I explained to them I paid it through my bank. They said their PO Box had been broken into and my check must have been taken so they gave me a "courtesy" waiving of my late fee and I made a payment over the phone. A few months later I received another call saying I was late. The same exact situation except for their box wasn't broken into this time. The said they never received it and I was being charged a late fee. I called my bank who said they sent 2 checks for some reason. Both had been delivered according to their records but neither one was cashed. Chaffey said they didn't have either and insisted on charging me a late fee. I had my bank cancel those checks and had to fight to get them to wave the late fee. Which they ultimately did. I went into the bank directly once to make a payment. I was told I couldn't pay with a debit card unless I was a member of their bank. I was told to go outside and withdraw the money from their ATM. Why is the ATM attached to the bank different from the machines inside the bank? Of course, I couldn't take out all the money in one transaction so I had to pay their ATM fee twice. Then stand in line again to be helped by a not very friendly teller. So I started calling in to pay over the phone. Eventually I asked to be set up for automatic payments. I was told over the phone they would take care of that for me. The next month, I got a call saying I was late again. I called them and explained the situation and was told I was supposed to send a form into them authorizing the auto payments. I had never received that form and wasn't told about it the day I asked to be signed up. Most of the time when I called, the person I talked to sounded like she was having a bad day. Not friendly most of the time I called in. Due to the unfriendly customer service and unnecessary headaches trying to make my payments, I would avoid this bank at all costs.
