This rating is for only one thing about Logix. Overall everything other than this is 5 stars but I cant give 5 stars. I live paycheck to paycheck. I deposit my paychecks through the logix mobile banking which I love i have been with them now for over 5 years same payroll check deposited every 2 weeks however the system sometimes put a hold on anything over 1500.00. I am OK with that because it is a 1 or 2 day hold. When I am not ok with it, is when it is on a Friday or a holiday for obvious reasons these hold days are business days and if I know that I have big things clearing or I have to pay my car and health insurance which both are outrageous I need it all available now. So everytime when I call Logix to ask in certain situations for Logix to remove the holds the get a bit pissy, they start interrogating me like I am applying for a loan. So why do you need this money, where will you be using it. Where did this money come from, who is the check from, do you know the person who wrote the check? Have you deposited this check before? And back to why do you need the funds released. Over and over. Then they tell me that it is impossible for the hold to be removed. That no one there has the authority to do this, so it will not be done. Yet others that were kinder have done it as they have understood my dilemma. This last girl I spoke to today saizd no sshe cant remove it, after I went through letting her know what the check was, my paycheck, that it is the same one deposited every 2 weeks from the same company and I needed it because I just paid $703.00 for health insurance and would like the 390.00 they had on hold available now for the stuff coming through on Friday, she made me repeat 3 times why I needed it and then when I finally said because it is my money I earned it, she said dont yell at her. Well if only she would listen to the past 3 times I told her. She then said she wanted to put me on an extended hold. No I dont want to hold, especially an extended period of time. So I said bye. So I chatted with someone, she reviewed this after a extended pause. Did remove the hold which was very nice, except I got scolded a bit. That this was a one time only thing. Also with time with Logix and my average account balance than the system will adapt to what needs to be held. What a crock. This must talk years and years I have been with them since 2019. The completed that off with telling me to tell my employer to put me on direct deposit, well that does not work to well or payoff well if you are the only employee, so why pay a company to do direct deposit for 1 employee. I love logix but I hate 5 to 6 times a year have in certain situations I must to beg for my own money that I earned working my JOB, when they can see clearly it is the same check deposited 2 a month from the same business.

Scammed out of 11,805 dollars and rude reps seems like they are not for the customers. When I call I feel like they are saying - asking certain things sounding programmed - been with them since 2018 Never sent 1 wire and the one time I get schemed into a scam they are NOT for there customers. I will be moving to Chase just because of this one experience you cannot trust a financial institution with your funds. I thought I would be getting more pro active more for the customer being a credit union. The one experience ruined my relationship with Logix - and forget the manager Susan. The time stamps are still not adding up and they want to get smart with you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Laura Galindo was amazing in handling my title for my Jeep I sold to another member at Logix Credit union. She did exactly what she promised and hope she gets recognition for her work because she truly cares about her members. Thank you, God Bless.

Sofia M. at Logix is very unprofessional. Do not deal with her! She is very unreliable and does not care about her clients. She would lag to get back to me about my loan. For days I’d be calling her texting her only to be ignored. When we agreed on the process and then at the last minute she tried to put the blame on me for it being delayed, that really upset me. NEVER blame your clients when you clearly can’t do your job correctly & can’t manage your time well! I had told her in advance of my circumstances and she said it wasn’t a problem. I asked for a different loan officer who thankfully has helped me after my horrible experience here.

I have been with Logix for 30 years. They are far better than ANY other banking group I have ever used. Every time I needed financial help, they found a solution. I will always bank with them.
