Horrible customer service from MaryLou!!! I have fallen a little behind with my car payments due to a life event and financial hardship but I’ve been in constant contact with them as soon as this happened. Yesterday while at work I receive a call from Marylou as soon as I answered and verified my information she then proceeds to belittle me, harass me, attack me and keeps speaking over me, never in my life have a encountered anything like this. She does not let me get one full sentence out keeps speaking over me and has to have the last say. When I am finally able to get a few words out she then uses everything I say against me and starts to twist my words and threatens that she will be reporting everything I just said to the collections department. This is the first time I’ve ever paid my bill a little late I am always on time but I cannot predict the future and what it holds. She is treating me like a damn criminal which I did not appreciate it at all. I had just made a payment in December also so I’m not sure where all of this animosity was coming from. I am still in disbelief and in complete shock she acted as if the money that was owed was hers took this personal which I am not sure as in to why? Everyone else I’ve spoken with has always been understating and would advise me on what to do and try their best to help me out. Even when I called later to request to speak to a manager I was not able to the person I spoke with also did give me a little bit of attitude and as I was venting to her and letting her know what happened I also heard her giggling a bit in the background. I am still waiting to hear from a manager or supervisor regarding this matter. I hope they consider listening to the call I mean the proof is in the pudding.

Been a member here 30+ years after Pt Mugu FCU left the building. I was refused a withdrawal of cash when attempting to use a Passport ID Card..Very Tacky outdated "policies to include the joke of a website" sterile atmosphere here where only the Credit & account Specialist Are Friendly.. I wouldn't be surprised if VCFCU went the way of Pt Mugu FCU

I can’t thank the team at Ventura County Credit Union enough. After getting into an accident, I was overwhelmed and honestly didn’t even know where to start but they stepped in and made everything so much easier. Jon especially was incredible. He walked me through every detail, from payments to insurance, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He was patient, and never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions. What could have been an overwhelming experience ended up feeling much more manageable thanks to their guidance and support. :)!

I normally don’t do things like leave a review but in this case I had to. I would like to JONATHAN AMBRIZ & DIANA LOPEZ for amazing service in refinancing my truck. I never refinanced anything in my life & both of them above & beyond In assisting me with the details. They also made everything so convenient that I didn’t even have to miss work. I was so impressed with their service & understanding that I left my bank that I was with for over 20 years to join the Ventura Credit Union family & I couldn’t be any more excited to part of their culture. Believe me when I tell you if you’re undecided about choosing a bank, go with Ventura County Credit Union & ask to speak with DIANA LOPEZ & tell me I am wrong after you speak with her. You won’t regret it
