Amazing Bank, never had any issues. Appreciate the new ATM they put at my branch and staff are very helpful. Deborah helped me out with information on some loans that felt more welcoming than other banks I had ever inquired!

I’ve had great experiences going to the Self Help Credit Union in Wilmington! Especially with Debbie…she was so kind, sweet, and patient when I needed help with anything. Great employee :)

I really love this bank they have good customer service skills very nice and helpful always have a smile on they great service the staffs here are very amazing on a scale 1-10 I will give a big 10

Anyone who would employ a self serving disgusting disgrace to the Wilmington community, is not worthy to in trust money too! I will urge all of my family and friends who have accounts at family federal credit union to remove there money ASAP because there is no accountability or loyalty to the community. when the harbor commissioner and CEO of family federal credit union Luica Moreno-Lunares Was quoted said when appointment from the Mayor in Daily Breeze: "You can’t leave behind those people who depend on the port for their livelihoods,” SHE SOLD OUT and showed how two faced she really is. She didn’t fight or support family! Disgrace to Wilmington. No one should do business with a financial institution that could employ someone with no integrity
