My family has been with Fidelis for over 20 years. The environment when you go in is always friendly. Never had a problem with them and they are very helpful with anything you need. I moved to a different state for college and during my time away they have always helped me and made sure my questions were answered. Absolutely love this bank and will be a loyal member forever.

I strongly recommendthis credit union they have made some great improvements over the years. I have been with them for many years when they were Northwest united before it was called Fidelis. It feels like home when you walk in the doors and they all know you by name. Fast friendly service not only for taking cash out but also processing loans. They really do a great job they have won my buisness time and time again. I wont bank anywhere else.

We have had an amazing experience with Fidelis (Arvada location) and would highly recommend you contact them for any banking needs. We are starting a small business with life-long friends and needed some cash to get things started. Rebecca helped get us (and our friends) through that process in about a week and in the meantime she was able to help us consolidate some bills to make it all work. We are in a better financial position now than when we started. Working with Fidelis is giving us an amazing opportunity, and we are truly grateful.

It is so annoying that you cannot connect plaid to a Fidelis banking account. It makes it really hard to integrate your account with any other service to help you manage your money. I am seriously considering cutting all ties with Fidelis and going with another bank because of this.

I've had fairly good luck here except checking balances on cc. Family banks here for better than 35 years. Good friendly service typical of a small bank. They remember you. No problems. Also I want too mention I'm glad there not like bigger banks and credit unions which are to often to big for their britches and rare to see sunlight past their upturned noses. Don't like small town bank somewhere else I like the speed of this hometown bank. Not much small town left in Arvada.
