I have been a member of Partner Colorado Credit Union since 1994, and the service I continue to receive is truly exceptional. The Sheridan Blvd location has become my banking home, and every visit starts with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Today, I found myself in a difficult situation with my account. Arely went above and beyond by taking the time to help me and even securing manager approval from Josh to assist me during a stressful moment. She was patient, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She also took the extra step to explain different programs that could help me avoid this situation in the future, which I truly appreciated. Willy is another outstanding team member at this location. Whenever I have the opportunity to work with him, he is extremely helpful, professional, and a true asset to the branch. Although the location closest to my home closed, I am grateful that I chose the Sheridan Blvd branch as my new banking home. The level of care, support, and customer service here reminds me why I’ve remained a loyal member for over 30 years. I would like to express my gratitude to Jason Crouse at Colorado Partner Credit Union. I was recently in a car accident and had to apply for a new car loan. Jason was very helpful and always attentive to the process by keeping me informed. Jason was always kind and understanding to what I was going through. He helped me to also deal with the gap insurance process for my totaled car keeping me updated. If he needed to check on things and said he would call me back I never had to wait even a day for him to get back to me. I’m so appreciative for all his help, his kindness, his patience I always felt I could call him with any questions I had. Jason is a great asset to Partner Credit Union. Thank so much Jason!

I’ve been a member since 1991. I have received professional assistance and support from them. Partner Credit Union is one that make your banking experience personal. I am glad to have changed to credit union banking. It has saved me a lot of money over the years. Beware, Customer Service is only open Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. I’ve been a member for 9 years but I’ve never really needed them before. Then, last Saturday I was scammed. Obviously, that wasn’t their fault. I knew it right away and so I called customer service to cancel the payment but THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS so there was no one to cancel the payment and the payment went through Sunday. There was a recorded number that sent me offshore and I explained the situation but was told they didn’t represent the bank but they could cancel the card for me, so I had them do that. I called first thing on Monday and got a very snotty, condescending CSR who told me I could report the scam but, again, the service had nothing to do with the bank. So I did that too. I heard today that the bank will not reimburse the money I lost, even though I would’ve been able to stop payment if their customer service was open on the weekend! I decided to switch to a bank with 24/7 customer service but my transfer limit (to prevent fraud, ironically) was only 2,500 a week. I called customer service again on Monday afternoon to request a larger limit. They took all my info, told me they had to “send it up to the manager” who would call me ASAP. When nothing happened by Wednesday, I called again and was told the same thing. And then on Friday, I was told the same thing. Nothing. By Tuesday the limit was raised. Needless to say, I’ve opened an account with a different bank and am in the process of moving my money there.
