If you would like to bank somewhere where simple math is not comprehended and people don't know if they have your address on file or not. Where education and customer service is overlooked this is the bank for you. If you like to leave messages and get no phone calls back. Check out this Bank A+rating. If you want your mail sent to your old address and not the new one for over 6 months even though they sent you mail to your new one once, they can do it. If you like a bank with high turnover but a few people here it is. If you want to try to find a login button on the banking website or for some reason have access to the app but not the website through your sign in this is the bank for you. If you like having a touch card and not a swipe or chip card they've been working on getting this in place for 2 years now. In the end if you just want to be frustrated with your bank this is the bank for you. Been baking with this thing for 32 maybe 33 years. Time to go.

I transferred an auto loan to Aurora Federal Credit Union and had nothing but issues. Twice they contacted me and my car insurance company asking for proof of insurance. After I paid the last 10K of loan off in Aug. of 2025 I waited till Dec. 2025 to call and ask about title to vehicle. They never got it from the first lender I was told. They would send me a letter for me to give local country clerk so I could pay for a replacement title. I thought that was B.S. as I paid MONEY for the title transfer but agreed. The letter had the wrong Vin. number and as far as the clerk could tell the first bank still had my auto loan. I call Aurora Federal Credit Union and told them to fix this. I paid you to do this loan I made every payment never late. I should not be the one paying. Again I got the run around and another latter to take to the country clerk. Again with the same WRONG VIN. number.

Car Dealership tried to give me an astronomical rate on my car loan….. Jeanette here at the bank cut that rate in half! Friendliest Staff and Best Bankers I have dealt with here in Colorado.

Cindy Roy has been the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. It’s always a pleasure doing business with her—she’s knowledgeable, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her.

We've been loyal customers at this credit union since 2015, have had MANY loans financed there and paid off, we put in a ton of money in multiple accounts every month. We currently have all of our loans with them in addition to multiple accounts. As a long time, loyal customer, one expects their history and business relationship to be recognized at a CU. It should be a different experience than just any bank. Thats the purpose of being a CU member. I received a call from a loan officer regarding a small loan I applied for, she was incredibly rude and treated me in such a degrading manner with such a rude tone. My husband and I are professionals and value customer service. This lady had zero customer service talking to me like I'm a complete idiot and made me feel very degraded. My entire family will be moving ALL of our accounts from this CU as soon a possible. A CU is expected to value their customers and know the people they work with. They are expected to look at the history of business their customers have engaged in as CU members and not simply take a generic score and run with it like we are just a number. I'm not a number. I'm a hard working citizen, professional and customer....is my credit score perfect? No? Is my customer history at this CU perfect? Almost! Too bad this place doesn't look at the relationship their customers have had with them.
