Columbine has always been so helpful! Recently, my husband was furloughed due to the Government shutdown and Colleen was so kind and immediately helped us with deferment of his car loan payment this month to assist during this tough time. The assistance is greatly appreciated! We have had a relationship for a number of years and have always been treated so well! Highly recommend this credit union!

I’m actually sad posting this negative review because of a handful of employees who have always been helpful. The federal government shut down today and we were all informed we would not be receiving my paychecks until congress appropriates the DOD. Most credit unions and banks have stepped up to help service members. This one did not. I even tried to ask for a personal loan that I could pay when then government reopened and the guy would not even entertain letting me apply for a loan. I really do wonder if this bank realizes that the entire military is not receiving pay right along with 850,000 federal employees. As a result, I switched my banking to Navy Federal and Alpine Bank. If you’re a service member also, those are financial institutions that will at least give you the time of day to apply for a loan and do so at 0% until the government reopens.

Amazing credit union the employees are the best at being personal and not treating you like another number. I have been a member for 15+ years and have had so many great experiences there through the years.

Donovan went far beyond his call of duty as he stayed past his work day hours to enable me to.make a much needed deposit. He truly made what was a not so good moment into a day i will always remember!! THANK.YOU DONOVAN AND.THANK YOU JEN (SUPV).
