I’ve been with this bank for years and don’t know why. There are updated and better run options. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I am so grateful to be banking here. In contrast to a traditional bank, I always reach a real person when I call. I agree with another reviewer who said they are like family. I recently was a victim of debit card fraud and they walked me through the process of recovery. They were my credit union as I raised my daughters as a single parent, when finances were tight. They never judged. I truly appreciate a business that answers its phone rather than sending to a automated menu.

Do not waste your money banking with these people. This business should be closed. They are slow, rude and make too many mistakes with YOUR money. If you want to constantly keep an eye on your account and spend hours arguing with the office manager to get YOUR money back go ahead and bank here. I truly hope this establishment gets closed down.

Everyone there knows my name and are just so friendly and helpful. They call me if they detect any possible fraud or something strange. Have had nothing but outstanding service from day one. Like family they are.

Ima be honest I wanted to leave a no star review here before but after Seth started working there it changed my whole experience, he’s nice and super helpful. Thank god for Seth or I’d be at another bank for sure
