If I could give -negative stars I would. After 26 years of being a member, dealing with the inconvenience of the physical locations being far away, having to call 2-3 times to reach anyone, and finally the last straw is my new debit card does not work. After being charged a $15.00 fee to get a card that I either inadvertently tossed or never received, I attempted 3 different merchants, tap to pay - read card error, chip insert - read card error and several attempts with magnetic strip a hit or miss. Solution - drive to location to have them read the card. It is not a mystery why Canvas Credit Union dropped them and now I will be doing the same. It is a shame; I rarely leave a negative review but after this horrible experience and the lack of care to rectify the situation for a member of 26 years is horrific and demonstrates how you will be treated. I would not recommend Community Choice Credit Union.

I was notified by the fraud department that my info was stolen and I contacted the bank which I just started banking with; told me I was responsible for all charges on my card, then hung up on me when I reached. I will be fleeing this bank as fast as I possibly can!!! Absolutely NO HELP what so ever!

L Montoya is a loan specialist/officer she’s not very good at communicating with her customers or customer service. She doesn’t return phone calls has a very poor attitude and personality, I sent all my information left her a message and she never returned my phone call. This sucks because I’ve been a customer for a long time and I only use their account for online purchases, but I was going to do more business with them. I’m going to stop recommending them. Went and got my loan through partners Colorado way better credit union as far as customer service goes. interest rates will never benefit you regardless of a credit union or bank unfortunately. I am a business owner they messed up, I could have grown over time with them and would have made a lot of money with me…

Carlos is always very courteous, fact and effective. I love his personality. I have been baking here for a very long time. Most of the time I go through the drive-through and I could say that he is one of the persons that I love getting taken care of and don’t mind coming in to see great Bank.! No extra fees . They work with Itin . They don’t take your money on late charges like other banks.Or charge for everything.

This is a great bank I've been with them for years. But recently I had a very bad experience with one of their new tellers. She made them suspend my sons account WITHOUT my Auth. I had initially left a bad review, but ones person unethical behavior can't speak for all. I've banked here for years and I never had an issue.
