Although i have been with Delta County Federal Credit Union for a few yrs. and was once my favorite banks.Recently I wrote a check to a worker that was what they call a on us check which means as they receive the check they cash it immediately and pull the funds out right then.I have alot of stuff that comes in and out of that account Friday rolls around I check my balance and as normal business see what's available and conduct business as usual,a week later I have a nsf for a large check come to find out they didn't cash it they forgot to remove the funds from my account.I go in discuss the situation and tell them I will have the money moved over ASAPto cover it and I do so that same evening I call them and ask them to remove those funds, another week passes and obviously a whole lot of other stuff does as well, well multiple deposits later and 6 nsf fees from playing ping pong with that check they offer to remove 1 nsf fee charging me over 200 for their error.Had they removed the funds when they was supposed to I wouldn't be in this position. I deposit a fair amount of money weekly which I will no longer do,just want to share my experience and share the banks need to bleed their consumers for their error!

Delta County Federal Credit Union is THE BEST financial institution we've ever used. Besides knowing that our assets are safe and earning interest and knowing we can depend upon ALL of the staff to fully understand what we need as clients, we consider Sarah, Jordan, Brandi, Blanca, Stephanie, Mae, and Becky -- everyone at DCFCU -- to be close and trustworthy friends. We've never been treated with such respect and kindness. Whenever we visit DCFCU, we feel "at home." Everyone at DCFCU goes the extra mile to make us feel as if we're part of the DCFCU family. Professionalism, expertise, reliability, courtesy, care, and friendship (truly honest and authentic friendship) are what make DCFCU a HUGE cut above the rest. If you're looking for a credit union that takes that extra step to make sure your savings and other financial needs are in expert hands, while making you feel "at home," then DCFCU is your credit union!

They don't do shared branching. I have a account at this one and at a credit union in maine and this delta credit union won't do shared branching. What's the point in having an account here? And how do they call using the ATM shared branching? They are a joke here.

I'll be honest I have been with this credit union for a very very long time my grandmother and parents used this bank for a very long time as well. I use to have no issues with it until here recently. I had a few concerns about my account, and The ladies there besides a select few are very rude. I have tried calling 4 times today with no answer, I understand people are busy but seriously? I also filled out paperwork for an issue and it still happens. Hints to why i called 4 times today very frustrating how this establishment has turned out.
