My father was a long time customer of Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Credit Union, now Affidian Credit Union. When he passed I needed help with multiple transactions to finalize my father's wishes. Branch Manager Adam Padilla took the time to help me. His attention to detail and superb customer service helped me finalize my father's business. Thank you so much Adam.

A 400.00 check that I did not write was put in my account. This made my account go into overdraft. I understand that mistakes happen. After waiting on hold for half an hour, I was met with someone who sounded frustrated. You need to hire more Representatives. She didn't have empathy and was met with oh well we take care of it. She needs help because with 2 people in the que and still a 30 min wait is going to bring down your customer service, and also lose customers.

I banked here my entire life with RMLEFCU and never had an issue. Now that it has changed to Affidian I'm constantly having problems: not being able to use ATM's; debit charges not working; fraudulent charges being processed and charged; checks being returned, etc.

Lists improper hours on both their website and on Google. Cost me lost time taking the morning off to do Major maintenance. Their website doesn't list holiday hours on their main hours page and wasted my time and lost me money today Add: checked your website the week before and day of. On your hours page there has no clear holiday section

Recently refinanced a vehicle I purchased to a much lower rate with Affidian. Their rates were among the most competitive I could find and Affidian was so easy to work with throughout this process. Alyssa M. was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Affidian to anyone who qualifies for their services!
