I love banking with Credit Union of the Rockies. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable, and they make it easy. I've been banking with them for years, and have always had great experiences. I also like when you call the branch, you actually get someone who is in the branch. Great place to bank in my opinion.

As a long time account holder with CU of the Rockies, I have never left a review, but Sue has been such a help, so many times, I feel the need to call attention to her professionalism, listening skills, ability to explain situations and follow-thru with support. Every time I call, I hope to hear her voice on the other end. Finding good representation is hard these days, she is amazing every single time. Thanks Sue!!!

Just got off the phone with Luke here at the credit union of the Rockies in golden Colorado. I mean, what can I say? Absolutely amazing customer service he has helped me out so much with multiple things. Highly highly highly recommend this place amazing customer service amazing people that work there they go out of their way to make sure that you’re sick and you’re good

I've been a very long-term customer of CU of the Rockies and have always experienced very good customer service from them over the years. Recently I was involved in refinancing a car loan with the credit union. I worked with Phoebe Waters and she was a pleasure to work with from my initial contact till the end. There was an extended period of time (almost a month) waiting for the dealer to submit the title paperwork to the county and Phoebe regularly checked in with me. She always got answers to any questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend working with her anytime.

Luke McIntire was honestly amazing! He went out of his way to help me and even called me the next day just to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about what they do, but he really does. He was kind, patient, and made everything super easy to understand. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!
