On Tap CU message "Online and Mobile Banking users may experience a brief interruption of service this weekend on Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10:00 pm and 2:00 am while we conduct routine maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience." It's 2:30 pm way out of the ours of 10pm and 2am. Why am I being blocked out of my account I've had for at least 40 years? I hope with the upgrade you are also rolling out NEW debit cards that work ALL the time like my Citi and Chase credit cards. Maybe we could have some tap capabilities, which is more secure too.

If you are looking for a home-town partner bank, that will stand behind you when things get a little rough, this is not the bank for you. My fault for getting behind on a payment, but we all hit hard times every now and again. You would think a small town bank would stand behind you, and give you a little breathing room to get your feet under you. That is not the case with On Tap. Pretty sad. If you get a call from Jeff, just hang up immediately, and save yourself the trouble. He is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a "professional" setting.
