My parents have banked here for years. I always heard good things so about 10 years ago I started an acct there. I have gotten several loans through them. I loved the small town feel of the employees and how they knew everyone. Fast forward to the last year. New director came in and everyone left. Now everyone is rude, you can't get a call back without having to call 50 times. The turn over rate is extremely high. I am currently in the process of finding a new credit union.

Juanita was fantastic to work with, she was friendly, quick, and efficient. I really appreciate her meeting with me on very short notice and solving my problem within just a few hours. I would highly recommend as she provided superior customer service that was missing from my former credit union.

UPDATE: My husband and I met with Ivan and Karen this morning and were able to get clarification and subseqent resolution related to our concerns. We better understand the process and feel the discussion was informative and professional. Thanks to both of them for taking the time to meet with us.

Excellent customer service. I had a great experience from the start of a loan through the payoff and title processing. Always friendly service from the tellers also.

My experience with Grand Junction Federal Credit Union was extremely disappointing and honestly upsetting. Staff across multiple roles — including tellers, loan officers, and management — came across as judgmental and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a condescending way about my credit score and treated rudely over a small application error instead of being offered help or understanding. The overall environment felt unwelcoming, dismissive, and disrespectful. I left feeling embarrassed rather than supported. I do not recommend them.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
