I am happy to say that my experience with NCCU has been very positive and pleasant. Lane Hutchinson and also the office in Berthoud have exceeded my expectations with my new HELOC and Savings accounts. After years of bad dealings at a large bank with a HELOC, I now have a relaxed and local way of improving my property. Thank you, Sincerely Michael Marzano

Pros: Usually a 5 star experience. Lane is amazing and competent, willing to work with you and also very understanding. The loan officer is amazing here willing to make anything happen for you. Cons: Their credit card system is far from the best, hoping they find a new system in time. Some of the upfront service doesn’t match the professionalism that goes on in the back, I’ve had some experiences with some gals here, can definitely work on hers/their servicing skills and understanding for others. Everyone has off days, but providing courteous and attentive service to customers should always remain a top priority.

We've banked with NCCU for more than 30 years and have always loved their customer service. Just worked with Julysa and she was fantastic! I highly recommend.

I have been relying on Northern Colorado Credit Union for years -- as a member, every time I need a loan, a consolidation, a refi, they're on it, and they find a way to make it work. Destiny took my call and had a personal loan ready for me to sign the next day. The president even changed my flat tire in front of his office once!!! Talk about Customer Service!
