The automobile loan team were very helpful and professional. We had an issue getting the correct buyers order from the dealership. Up to closing and still struggling our loan officer got on the phone with the dealership and obtained what was needed. She was very calming and patient. We were very grateful to the credit union for the best rates as well. I would highly recommend CUof Denver

Zach Sajkowski in the Consumer Lending Closer Department was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me. Also, Ricky Duggan was a pleasure to work with helping me get all of my accounts set it. They make me feel like I really matter, which is rare in banking these days. Can recommend CU of Denver enough!!

We have been in a few times over the past week taking care of my father’s account, who recently passed. Barb at customer service has been been over the top helpful each time we have been in directing us with every need. Always pleasant and greetings with a smile. Every person we have felt with has been fantastic. We can tell from the greeter at your door to Barb, the teller line, every person has experience, compassion and is there to help in which ever capacity they can. Thank you Barb and your entire team at the Credit Union of Denver

I was new to the Denver area and needed to use one of the best features of opening my new DCU (Digital Federal) credit union account—-facilitating a deposit at the Credit Union of Denver (a co-op shared branching network of DCU) which allows me to be serviced across state lines. I had to verify through physical ID and biometrics, the latter of which I am never comfortable with. The teller- KC — at the Credit Union of Denver was very patient and communicative in the process. He explained everything he was doing and ensured he repeated what I was requesting to make sure we were on the same page. I was able to confirm on DCU’s online platform that my deposit was posted. This process was important as it was a requisite for another service product I needed to complete on DCU online. I appreciated KC’s relaxed handling of my request and his confidence in delivering great service without compromising security. Service that is careful, calculated and not rushed is great service in our day— few and far between. I had to ask him how could I share/review his service because great service and great employees need recognition. The staff at Denver Credit Union made me feel very welcome and I am glad they are a co-op partner of DCU credit union. Blessings to KC and the wonderful staff at Denver Credit Union- Lakewood.
