I have belonged to Arapahoe Credit Union since 1988 when I first moved to Denver. I give them an A+ for friendliness and service. Today I had a major problem which required a two hour meeting with a staff person, Cindy Smith. She was extremely patient and helpful as she worked with me to resolve the issue. Her patience, sound advice, and support kept me calm and made me feel valued. Thank you, Cindy, and ACU. I trust you and thank you.

Cindy was amazing to work with! We had to bring all five of our kids with us to sign documents, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming the entire time. I was honestly dreading the appointment because big families don’t always get the warmest reception, but Cindy made us feel completely comfortable. She was so sweet with our kids and made the whole experience easy and positive. We really appreciated her kindness!

I’ve been a member since high school. I was very fortunate to receive one of Arapahoe Credit Union’s scholarships. Receiving that took the burden of buying books my first year. Since then, I've gotten a credit card and car loan through ACU. It's nice to have a bank that wants you to succeed and adapts to whatever stage of life you're at.

I’ve been banking at ACU for more than 40 years ( mostly the Englewood branch since I worked at the nearby hospital) and I have had nothing but the best customer service both professionally and personally that I’ve ever had anywhere during my life. No exaggeration. I love to go there.

I have had a savings account with Arapahoe Credit Union for many many years. Recently I needed to change the logistics of my finances with them and Candi was great. She listened to my needs and we got changes made to my total satisfaction. Work with ACCU any chance you get. They are marvelous.
