Alisa was amazing I appreciate her willingness to assist me and walk me through the whole process of my financial needs there at Minnequa works credit union. I hope I'm spelling her name correctly. But I just want to express how important it was for me to feel at home with my financial institution. And above all the staff therein. This young lady was thorough and explained everything simple and very consice. she was extremely nice in my overall opinion of her conduct is a five star review. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Professional. polite and friendly Courtney was incredible. She remembered my name the second I walked in from a 30 second conversation that took place two days prior on a busy Christmas Eve. She helped me open up my business account, ensuring the details were perfect and even took time to have conversations about plans, goals and future strategies. She was very thorough and ensure I understood all the available options for my new account. Very helpful. Thank you Courtney!

Very cute and homey place. I really appreciated how Janet took her time and made sure everything was correct and everything went smoothly! I appreciate her helping us and their manager coming by and helping out also! I enjoy seeing a place work as a team because then that’s how places thrive

Miccayla is fantastic! Processed my car loan right away and communicated with me every step of the way. Overall, I love Minnequa because it is local and they treat you as if you are their neighbor or friend. They not only provide services that other credits unions and banks do, but they truly care about their members on top of that.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with Minnequa Works Credit Union! The entire team is friendly and professional, but I especially want to recognize Miccayla Gallardo for going above and beyond. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything so easy and stress-free! It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and helpful. Highly recommend Minnequa Works to anyone looking for a credit union that truly cares about its members!
