This is an amazing bank. They always go above and beyond my expectations. They might not be as fast as some big name banks, but their ability to add a personal touch to their customer service is something that is 10x more valuable to me then being able to reach card services 24/7. You can tell, they really really try hard to meet expectations. And they have always met those expectations in my personal experience.

ATM cards never work. The manager is not a nice person. She's rude & thinks she's better than all but a few of the account holders. She lies and has been misleading on bank policies. Also, she has blocked myself & 2 others that i know of, from online banking. Next month i will be moving my account to Chime......

When we originally went Lisa was amazing she has amazing customer service skills, on the other hand Steve does not, we will never recommend him to anyone nor ever go here again. He seemed very stuck up and like he knew everything. Let alone forgot to include something in our loan, and now is asking us to pay money straight forward.

The one thing I didn't like about this place is to get a loan I had to open a savings account as well. I was told we only had to put $25.00 into it. I did since it was required. We paid our loan off in June 2019. I meant to go in and close the savings account but was pretty busy and kept forgetting. Plus I thought my $25.00 would always be there. Got a notification saying since my account was dorminate I was getting charged $5.00. Before I got into there to rescue my $20.00 I had another notice saying they took another $5.00 out. I'm totally surprised they would do such a thing! Why not just send me a check and close it! I called and talk to a woman last night and she said I could have all my money back. Went in today and the boss said no I could only have $20.00 because I was notified. I was loyal and paid off my loan and the interest. Why not be loyal to me, call me, tell me your liquidating my savings. After all you never gave me interest on my saving all those years! I over looked the notification because there always sending me mail trying to sell me life insurance. Other than that problem with the savings I was satisfied.

This is my second time in this Credit Union. Will never come back. First time the woman behind the counter gave me $800 more than I was withdrawing. I had her recount and she tried to give me $400 less than I was withdrawing. I finally had to count the amount out myself in front of her. This time, the woman couldn’t even look up from her computer to answer questions about the difference between cashiers checks and money orders. This CU should be booted from the Co-op network. Terrible.
