I've been banking with Lisa at Horizons North Credit Union for over a decade, and I genuinely can't imagine going back to a large corporate bank. The difference is night and day. At a big bank, you're a number. Here, you're a person — and that shows in every single interaction. Lisa and the entire staff are warm, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their members. It never feels transactional. Whether I have a simple question or something more complex, I always leave feeling taken care of. And if you need any more proof of the kind of environment they've built — my dog absolutely loves going in to say hi to everyone. That says everything. When your pup can't wait to get through the door, you know you've found something special. If you're on the fence about making the switch from a corporate bank to a credit union, let this be your sign. Horizons North is the real deal — a community institution that actually lives up to what that means.

Been a customer ten years. Thank God. I love you guys. Always friendly. Always kind smiling and friendly great guest and customer service. Sure appreciate you. Don't tell you when I'm there but thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you guys. Keep up what you do because other banks like chase and weeks Fargo will always be at the bottom.

I have been an HNCU member for over 15 years. I moved away from Colorado 5 years ago and I can't find a bank/credit union that comes close in comparison. I have to give a shout out to Sandy! She always provides me with a smile I can see over the phone! Her response/customer service to my every question/concern is ALWAYS met with professionalism and kindness. I appreciate ya!

Everyone should have the experience of having Sandy as their Customer Service Rep. I have been a Member for over 20 years and NO ONE has ever given the service that Sandy gives. It doesn't matter if it is setting up a new online account or explaining the different financial programs HNCU offers. Sandy has always been very patient and very professional and you can tell she appreciates her customers/members. Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

Have been a member for many years and just wanted to give a major shout out to Lisa. The past few years she has been amazing to work with. She gets things done, is excellent at communicating, and has been very patient with our family and the many questions we have asked. She has made our lives much easier!
