Alright. First off, my grandmother opened an accout for me in 1993 at Foothills. And I have always kept this active and open as my main account into my 30s. I was excited about the new locations becasue I am no longer in Lakewood and am in Arvada now. I've visited the Wheat Rudge location through the drive through a few times. Only once time did I receive a warm welcome and nice service. I decided to come inside today due to needing 4 rolls of quarters. Look, I worked at a different credit union for 4 years and I understand that the end of the (430pm) is annoying to have to go get some more quarters for a customers request. But its an hour prior to closing and you gotta do what you gotta do to complete a customers request. I've been there but I have definitely had a better attitude than Tina Carrasco. I was a lead teller for 3 of the 4 years I worked at a credit union and the half verbal greeting I got to come up was a real disappointment. Her attitude with the transaction was also quite rude if you ask me. The Lakewood location in the many many years that I have done banking, has not ever left me wanting to write a negative review for the Credit Union I love. But in the recent years the customer service has really declined. Maybe its just how things are now but I am very disappointed in my recent experiences with Foothills. I want to continue doing business with Foothills but I am not eager to do so in person.

I've been banking with Foothills Credit Union for years, both personally and with our business. They always have some of the best rates on loans and offer really great personalized service. Tina C. is my favorite at the Wheat Ridge branch; she always has the answer and gets things done fast! Thanks for being a great partner over the years.

I just had a wonderful experience with Tyler Edwards at Foothills Credit Union. He was so competent, friendly, and professional. Outstanding banker with a heart! He made the process easy and respectful. I highly recommend this bank and Tyler.

I went in yesterday to the branch to deposit a check and met Michelle. She was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was a great banking experience compared to the other banks I use as she made it a lot of fun.

I’ve banked with Foothills for many years and have always felt treated not just as a client, but like family! From Tina’s warm welcome behind the counter at the Wheat Ridge branch to completing a smooth and quick HELOC with Kyran, among other incredible staff members that have helped over the years, my family and I always experience such kindness and exceptional customer service.
