I thought they were great until I sold my vehicle to a business that could not keep up with their papers. A lady name Sabrina (at the time there were two Sabrinas) mailed the papers to the company and just like many things that went wrong with that car dealership, they lost the papers. My guess is the crédit unión blamed Sabrina. Not too long after that she was gone. Shame! Sabrina, a beautiful, young, looked hispanic or mixed race; as sweet as can be; she did a great job with customer service and our loans. We paid off our loans in great standing while she was there. When she was no longer there, we tried to get another loan and was denied. The whole thing felt racists. I can't help but wonder if the only reason we were able to get the first loan was because a non prejudice person helped us when we came in. I guess good credit and a paying job was not enough.

I can’t say enough about how informative , kind and caring the Stony Hill team is. I’ve been with them for 17 years . Recently I’ve worked with Cintya and she’s been wonderful in understanding the importance of the little things in working through a transaction with me . It’s not always easy for me to leave the home . She went above and beyond to lift a task that may seem small for others but big for me. Thank you Cintya for your patience and great support. I recommend the Stony Hill team to anyone from Cintya, Lisa, Yvonne, Sabrina they are the kindest, warmest people to work with . Thank you

They are just the best if I would’ve known credit unions were like this I would’ve never opened a regular bank account. Thank you everyone for everything you do. You ladies are the best!!! Dana has helped me immensely she has always giving me good advice as well she is great thank you Dana for always helping in my time of need.

I just worked with Savi at Albright CU to get a car loan and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Not only that I was able to get the best rate available but the process was quite efficient. The care team at Albright has such a personal touch to how they do business and it was a pleasant change from the norm.
