I have been with stamford teachers federal credit until it was changed to cornerstone. I must say the staff in Fairfield is exceptional. They are like famiy, Marcel I must say always go above and beyond the call of duty. He's always helping me in the time of need. Edith is very polite and friendly she's always smiling. Daniel is also a doll she's always helping me as well. That team is a great asset to your organization.

This is not a credit union I would suggest anyone ever using. They made me open an account and leave money in it to get a car loan. Then the company changes to its current name Cornerstone Community Credit Union and they start taking money out of the savings account they made me open to get a loan stating its a "Dormant Account Fee" until the balance becomes $0. This did not happen when they were the old credit union and I got no notice of these fees and they just took them from my account which the prior named credit union never did. THIS IS CALLED STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS AND NOTHING MORE. PUT YOUR MONEY OR BORRPW FROM A CREDIT UNION THAT OFFERS FULL DISCLOSURE OF THEIR POLICIES EVEN IF THEY CHANGE BEFORE YOUR MONRY GETS TAKEN FROM YOU( !!!

They don’t answer their phones during work hours, would be better if they can create an online payment system. Edit** Their hours on google are incorrect, they should update it. Online payment system would be phenomenal for this company. And an updated schedule hour for the office.
