I opened an acc't here years ago, stopped in today to see if it was still active & renew my account + start full banking services. I was greeted right away by the teller who explained why my acc't was no longer active. She referred me to the bank manager, Nancy. To be honest, i heard manager and was a bit uneasy but i could not have been more wrong. Nancy was great to work with from the beginning-Very attentive, understanding, supportive, informative, patient, helpful, everything and more you'd want from a bank representative/manager. If you want a bank that will treat you as a human and not just an account, come see Nancy. She honestly went above & beyond helping me in more ways than I even came here for and I'm very grateful. She took time to really explain everything we were doing and went over benefits and all questions I had. The whole process could not have gone better. I'm glad i came here out of all the banks I could have gone to. Honestly i was going to shop around and see if other banks had better "new account specials", but Nancy's service was so top notch that it didn't matter. I left with all the needs i went with met, and then some, I look forward to continuing doing business here for myself and my son. This is the longest review I've ever done but i got great service here and am doing this to paint a picture to hopefully help others see what they can expect here. Thank you!

Mother passed away. As you know probate takes forever. Truck was frozen in probate court. All my mother owed was 2,100 left on truck till ownership. Due to no will im having to wait on probate till i can even call any bank or insurance company on my mother behave. Worst bank ever. They dont care about anything but their own pockets. DO NOT let this corrupt corporation take your money or well being. Absolutely disgusting.

Everyone at scient has been extremely pleasant EXCEPT Mr IRV HAGEWOOD. Couldn’t even ask a question, proceeds to pull up my account and cuts me off. Kept telling me information I already knew, not sure if he can hear well but continued to repeat himself. I know many people who shared the same experience with him at scient. All I was asking was about a bill owed for a vehicle and kept saying you’re behind sir, you’re behind. Extremely rude and threatened to take the vehicle when going to make a payment. IRV shouldn’t be in that position because he doesn’t know how to speak like a decent human being to others. He has been allowed to continue to speak to people this way. Not any longer here. Beware when calling in, not a nice person.

Posting on behalf of my husband who is a disabled army combat veteran who is currently suffering through a health crisis. Unbeknownst to me he did not pay last month's truck payment, his memory is not great. What I cannot fathom is why this company is refusing to work with him on saving this vehicle from being repossessed. We can come up with the money owed, just needed a few more days. But no they are rather gleefully going through repossession on Christmas Eve day. The worst part of this is that I rely on this vehicle for work. I recognize that maybe our problem shouldn't be their problem but can we be at least be a little humane. He has encountered nothing but attitude from this business. I do not recommend anyone that will disrespect a disabled veteran like these people have.
