Franklin trust is an excellent bank to attend. They have good customer service especially Miss CANDACE . She is very good. Very good. Customer service is excellent. Very helpful. Explain everything very well to the best of her ability so her customers can understand. Thank you for this opportunity. Amanda was also very helpful. They both helped to set me up to use the internet banking service.

Well on the 8th of October is when the problem started T-Mobile tried to take an arrangement payment out of the account and I did not have the money because golden nozzle without permission took $31 and something sent out of there and it was not enough money to make a long story short Candice Moore spent the time knowing me from coming in the bank took the time to look into the situation and yes T-Mobile tried again to take money that I'd already made a payment with my credit card anyways Candice Moore spent the time with me and explain what happened and what's going on and she also got the insufficient funds money refunded to my account because I did write a email and I never heard a response from the committee golden nozzle did refund that money but it was too late at that point but everything's taken care of and it was also taken care of with T-Mobile Candice was very helpful and she took the time to help me in a professional manner and also knowing me from coming into the bank and knowing what's going on in my life she took the time to help me and was very very good at what she does and it's not just Candace it's other people at that bank it make it so friendly to be able to come in there and do business and I'm extremely happy with Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union
