I’ve been a member for years but my experience with my car loan was not a pleasant experience at all. I paid off my car loan early, and one of the reasons was to And the payments to this credit union. I have kept my accounts open, but I was dreading coming in to deposit more money and to see what was in my account. To my Surprise and delight, I Was assisted by Shirley, who is a complete asset to this branch. She is friendly, smart, and knowledge. Going forward, I will be happy to stop in when I am in town Thank you, Shirley!

Shirley at our local office is the absolute best! She is efficient, respectful, kind, fun and always makes me feel like I am safe doing my banking with them. She has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and I cannot tell you how this has brought me so much peace of mind! There is so much fraud and scams these days I would not feel so at ease about my banking if it had not been for her! Thank you to Members 1st, all staff, and especially Shirley!
