BEWARE if traveling abroad while using your State Police Visa Credit Card. I called prior to a one week vacation to Paris to ensure my card could be used while traveling only to find that my card was declined and flagged as fraudulent. It was on the weekend and although they could see I called prior to travel and assured them that the dinner charge was accurate they unfortunately said there was nothing they could do until Monday and they blocked all charges leaving me high and dry in Paris!

Small group of employees who care about the banking needs of ct state workers who belong to this CU. They are patient. They reply to emails. They have been accommodating during the pandemic.
